💼 About This Role

You'll own Pareto's expert integrity function end-to-end, defining standards and building systems to keep the platform fair and trustworthy. You'll design proactive risk frameworks and embed Trust & Safety into the expert lifecycle, partnering with Product and AI to turn judgment into scalable systems. This role sits at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology, requiring rigorous risk thinking and process engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain Pareto's expert Code of Conduct and enforcement framework
• Design and run structured workflows for risk screening and investigations
• Lead and develop a team of Risk Screening and Investigation Specialists
• Embed T&S gates into the expert lifecycle across onboarding and delivery

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Trust & Safety, integrity, risk, fraud, or investigations
• Demonstrated experience owning or leading an integrity/T&S function
• Track record of designing structured enforcement systems with intake workflows and sanctions ladders
• Strong SQL skills to independently query data and build dashboards

• Experience at a two-sided marketplace or gig economy platform
• Exposure to KYC, identity verification, or fraud tooling
• Experience building AI-assisted moderation or risk scoring workflows
