💼 About This Role

You'll define Vibe's AI-first developer experience strategy, owning tooling and workflow. Your work will directly impact how every engineer ships code, with measurable velocity gains. This greenfield role puts you at the bleeding edge of AI coding tools and developer experience in a high-growth streaming TV company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and roll out Vibe's AI-assisted development strategy.
• Own adoption of coding agents and AI tooling like Claude Code.
• Maintain and evolve developer tooling across GitHub and CI/CD.
• Measure and report on engineering velocity and friction points.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a platform or developer experience engineer in a fast-moving product company.
• Deep familiarity with AI coding tools — using them seriously, not just dabbled.
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience owning developer tooling end-to-end: CI/CD, GitHub workflows, local dev environments.

• Experience in a high-growth startup where you had to build before you could scale.
• Exposure to security tooling and secure development practices.
• Familiarity with streaming TV, CTV, or ad infrastructure.
