💼 About This Role

You'll own and operate the R&D lab at company headquarters, prototyping and testing our next-generation autonomous rail vehicles alongside the engineering team. Your impact will span from facilities operations and inventory management to fabricating prototype components and establishing scalable manufacturing processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage R&D lab layout, organization, and operational readiness
• Own shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Fabricate and repair electrical harnesses and prototype wiring
• Support rapid prototype development and process documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an R&D lab or prototype facility
• Track record of independently managing a lab end-to-end
• Inventory management or supply chain coordination experience
• Hands-on fabrication skills with common shop tools

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years writing manufacturing work instructions
• Proficiency with CNC machining, welding, or soldering
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software
