💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as a Mid-Level Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician, repairing damaged upholstery, glass, and interiors in our high-tech Inspection Center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair damaged cloth, fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery.
• Repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
• Perform color matching and dyeing of cloth and fabric.
• Repair stars, bullseyes, cracks, and scratches in windshields.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive interior or glass repair experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with weather exposure.

✨ Nice to Have

• ASE certification.
• Experience with color matching and dyeing.
• Knowledge of safety equipment usage.
