๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the team responsible for taking real estate professionals from kickoff through launch of their AI growth platform. You'll drive performance against clear metrics, develop your ICs, and build a team culture of accountability. This role stands out because you'll own the entire first chapter of the client relationship at a Series C company on track to hit $100M ARR.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Onboarding ICs managing client kickoff to launch.
- Monitor key metrics daily and take proactive action on deviations.
- Manage client escalations with urgency and good judgment.
- Drive quarter-over-quarter improvement in backlog age, time to launch, and pre-launch churn.
- Own the new hire experience with a structured 30/60/90 onboarding plan.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in client-facing operations, onboarding, or implementation role.
- 1+ years managing a team in a metrics-driven environment.
- Proven track record of hitting team targets and improving performance.
- Comfort building and tracking KPIs in spreadsheets or BI tools.
