Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own intake, assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations issues
- Serve as escalation point for high-risk matters, providing guidance on investigation strategy and risk exposure
- Conduct and oversee unbiased investigations, ensuring proper scoping, evidence gathering, and documentation
- Analyze ER data and trends to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions
- Review and update employee handbook policies for compliance with employment laws
