As a Lead Employee Relations Partner at Chime, you will serve as the primary advisor and escalation point for complex employee relations issues across the organization. You will balance risk management, compliance, and cultural alignment while fostering a fair and inclusive employee experience, directly impacting the company's mission to help everyday Americans achieve financial progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years in employee relations or HR business partnering in high-growth or matrixed environments
• Deep expertise in employment law and HR compliance
• Strong investigation, mediation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to influence at senior levels and drive cross-functional alignment
• Data-driven mindset for identifying ER trends and solutions

Responsibilities

• Own intake, assessment, investigation, and resolution of complex employee relations issues
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk matters, providing guidance on investigation strategy and risk exposure
• Conduct and oversee unbiased investigations, ensuring proper scoping, evidence gathering, and documentation
• Analyze ER data and trends to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions
• Review and update employee handbook policies for compliance with employment laws
