Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites in the Binghamton, New York area. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC components, performing regular maintenance, and responding to emergency service calls. You'll work independently with extensive daily travel and occasional overnights, all expenses paid.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Must reside in Binghamton, New York area
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install or replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
