• Own the full design loop from sketches to high-fidelity flows
• Conduct continuous user research and synthesize insights
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
• Advocate for user needs and influence product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Experience in fintech or complex B2B SaaS
• Proven research skills with rapid user testing
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools
