💼 About This Role

You'll own a $13M online course portfolio as a Category Manager at a B2B SaaS company. You'll have full P&L accountability for revenue growth, pricing, margin, and eCommerce performance. This is an in-person role based in Sherwood Park, AB, ideal for an entrepreneurial leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own P&L for the online course portfolio including revenue and margin
• Manage catalog pricing, positioning, and curation
• Optimize eCommerce purchase journey and conversion funnels
• Analyze sales data and define KPIs like conversion rates and attach rates

📋 Requirements

• P&L ownership of a product line or eCommerce business
• Direct management of revenue targets and margin performance
• Experience with pricing and portfolio tradeoff decisions
• Deep understanding of eCommerce conversion funnels and pricing architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Health and safety or compliance training industry experience
• Led a U.S. market expansion
• Built and scaled a digital content or course catalog
