💼 About This Role

You'll provide legal, governance, and compliance support for a non-profit AI research organization. You'll work with research, product, and engineering teams to embed responsible AI considerations and address regulatory risks. This role offers the chance to contribute to a globally critical initiative.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and manage legal agreements including vendor and IP licenses
• Lead implementation of scalable contract operations processes
• Ensure legal and responsible AI considerations in product development
• Support corporate secretary function including board meeting logistics

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience practicing law
• Member in good standing with the Barreau du Québec
• Fully bilingual in French and English
