You'll lead strategic user research for Firefox, shaping product vision through mixed-methods studies. You'll drive user-centered decision-making at the executive level and set standards for AI-assisted research practice across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex, ambiguous research studies that shape product vision
• Drive user-centered decision-making with executives and cross-functional partners
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data for cohesive evidence-based insights
• Define standards and frameworks for responsible AI use in research

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of applied research experience including strategic leadership
• Mixed methods expertise in qualitative and quantitative research approaches
• AI tool knowledge and ability to critically evaluate and define standards
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments with shifting priorities

• Experience mentoring and coaching other researchers
