🎯 What You'll Do

• Push capabilities of 3D printing through innovative solutions
• Lead technical design and mentor junior engineers
• Prototype new systems, mechanisms, and materials
• Architect subsystems for performance, manufacturability, and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years industry experience
• Background in electro-mechanical systems
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Familiarity with thermal systems, optical systems, sensor design, controllers, structures, and algorithms

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with polymers and polymer chemistry
• Electronics and circuit design
• Programming skills (Python)
• Industrial design experience
