You'll oversee daily operations of an ear piercing studio, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with ear piercing and jewelry selection
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention measures
• Schedule staff within labor allocations and ensure payroll accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and develop a team
• Track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing
