💼 About This Role

You'll own the ground support equipment for Archer's hybrid aircraft powertrain, including certification, testing, and operational definitions. You'll manage the full design lifecycle and interface with manufacturing and operational teams. This role is key to bringing sustainable air mobility to life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own certification and testing of ground support equipment
• Define operational requirements for refueling, cooling, and maintenance
• Manage systems engineering for equipment repair and maintenance
• Present designs to stakeholders and support manufacturing teams

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in a related scientific or engineering field
• 5+ years in ground support equipment or complex systems engineering
• Demonstrated understanding of ground support equipment in aviation
• Experience with industry-standard tools and methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with hybrid-electric aircraft or eVTOLs
• Familiarity with FAA or EASA certification
• Knowledge of simulation model validation and calibration methods
