💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects in a fully remote environment. You will ensure successful delivery of complex ERP initiatives by balancing scope, budget, timeline, and quality. This role offers opportunity to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experts and exposure to large-scale ERP transformation projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clients, aligning resources and timelines
• Monitor and manage project budgets, hours, forecasts, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with solution architects and internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and client status updates

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience covering full project lifecycle execution
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or ERP implementations end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with the Power Platform
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior project managers
