Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in field marketing or event management
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated field marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth
- Plan and deliver standout events including trade shows, executive forums, and VIP experiences
- Partner with sales to build tailored account-based marketing programs
- Align with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to support pipeline generation
- Track campaign and event performance, analyze results, and optimize programs
