💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Luxe Market Managers responsible for growing Airbnb Luxe's supply across North America and Latin America. You'll set strategy, coach the team, and own results to expand the portfolio of extraordinary homes while maintaining quality standards. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, commercial strategy, and luxury market expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Luxe Market Managers across NAMER and LATAM
• Set priorities across acquisition, host quality, and portfolio optimization
• Guide territory-level strategies based on market maturity and competition
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex host relationships

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or marketplace management
• 4+ years leading and scaling field-based teams
• Deep knowledge of the NAMER and/or LATAM luxury travel and real estate landscape
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding supply acquisition and revenue targets

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience building and managing high-value partnerships with luxury real estate professionals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards
