💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the treasury function for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange in Abu Dhabi. You'll ensure client asset safeguarding, liquidity management, and compliance with Capital Markets Authority requirements. This is a key senior management role with direct accountability to the regulator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage liquidity across fiat and digital assets
• Design and implement client asset segregation frameworks
• Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management and settlements
• Establish CMA-compliant treasury policies and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in treasury, finance, or asset management
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Head/Director level)
• Experience in a regulated financial environment (banking, fintech, brokerage, crypto exchange)
• Strong experience with liquidity management, client asset safeguarding, and treasury operations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto exchanges or digital asset platforms
• Familiarity with custody solutions (wallets, MPC, custodians)
• Arabic language skills
