Description

As an Operations Lead at Mejuri, you will drive operational excellence in our Melbourne store by optimizing back-of-house organization, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. You'll lead by example to enhance the customer journey while supporting team performance and key KPIs.

Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale and inventory management systems
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience driving KPIs like CVR and revenue
• Ability to mitigate inventory loss (shrink)
• Team leadership and coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory cycle counts and ensure accuracy
• Manage back-of-house flow for in-store, phone, and BOPIS orders
• Maintain organization of inventory, packaging, and supplies
• Execute merchandising standards and campaign visual updates
• Support team onboarding and performance assessments
