💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily maintenance operations for satellite manufacturing equipment in a high-tech production facility. You'll oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and minimize downtime. This role offers full relocation to Midland, TX, with a weekend shift schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment and assembly tooling.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and drive predictive strategies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Technical degree preferred).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
