Description

As a Lead on the Factory Test team, you will design, build, and operate test infrastructure for the Terran R rocket, lead a team of engineers, and collaborate across teams to scale testing capabilities. This role involves both technical and people leadership, ensuring high-impact campaigns are executed efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years developing, activating, and troubleshooting electrical and software systems
• Understanding of low voltage, DC electronics
• Familiarity with data and control systems (SCADA, PLC, NI, Beckhoff)
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate diverse testing assets
• Foster growth and development of high-performance engineering teams
• Lead DACS hardware group in data and control system development
• Provide technical mentorship and talent development
