Description

You will lead pilot programs and go-live rollouts for ShelfView, Scandit's AI-powered shelf intelligence platform, working with major grocery retailers. You'll plan pilot activities, conduct in-store training, gather feedback, and monitor adoption metrics to ensure seamless transitions from pilot to production.

Requirements

• Proven success in customer-facing roles within SaaS, retail tech, or project management
• Experience with enterprise retail clients, especially grocery
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with data
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+), valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead pilot planning for multiple concurrent pilots across Canada
• Conduct in-store visits for training and gathering insights
• Act as primary contact for customer stakeholders at store level
• Deliver pilot results and reports to customer
• Support go-live readiness and monitor adoption metrics
