As a Sales & Service Manager, you will lead the store's sales and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional service on the sales floor. You'll analyze sales opportunities, coach your team on guest connection and product knowledge, and partner with the General Manager to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, escalating process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience
• Assess guest connection and product education, providing feedback and coaching
• Build client relationships daily
• Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
