💼 About This Role

You'll be embedded within the Treasury Exposure domain, building the semantic layer for AI agents and stakeholders to leverage data effectively. You'll drive high-impact data products autonomously in a Data Mesh architecture. This role combines deep technical execution with strategic domain-driven design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business to gather requirements and define technical action plans.
• Lead projects from initial definition to delivery, including stakeholder impact testing.
• Proactively monitor and govern data products to ensure high reliability.
• Deliver hands-on data models using version control, testing, and CI/CD.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in analytics engineering with dbt, SQL, and data modeling.
• High proficiency in SQL to build, test, and optimize complex models.
• Strong sense of what makes a data product trustworthy and maintainable.
• Finance domain knowledge: P&L, FX, exposure, reconciliation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design and team ownership.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Airflow orchestration.
