Description

You will support the sales team in a technical pre-sales capacity, meeting with clients to understand their challenges, giving demos of Jama Connect, guiding trials, and helping with technical responses like RFPs and security questionnaires to drive successful adoption.

Requirements

• Learn medical device industry standards (21 CFR 820.30, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304)
• Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, SDRs, partners, consulting, support, and corporate contributors

Responsibilities

• Support vertical sales team in technical pre-sales
• Meet clients for technical discovery to understand needs
• Provide general and customized demos of Jama Connect
• Support customers through guided trials
• Complete RFP/RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical responses
