You'll ensure credit integrity and compliance for B2B clients at Clara, the fastest-growing fintech in Latin America. You'll balance risk mitigation with agility to support scalable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify compliance with legal, cash flow, and credit score requirements.
• Manage KYC, KYB, AML checks and credit origination.
• Analyze customer financial health and propose credit limits.
• Implement process improvements using N8N or Hubspot.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in B2B credit or financial analysis.
• Working proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, formulas).
• High analytical and problem-solving skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Hubspot, Metabase, or Zendesk.
• SQL or Python for independent analysis.
• Basic Portuguese.
