💼 About This Role

You'll split your time between IT support (~60%) and facilities coordination (~40%) for a modern, cloud-first fintech company. You'll own tickets from intake to resolution, design automations, and keep the office running smoothly in Mendoza.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta issues
• Design and build automations and workflows in Jira Service Management
• Support A/V setups for Zoom Rooms, events, and town halls
• Manage office vendors, supplies, and workplace logistics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or facilities experience in a tech environment
• Experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta
• Experience with Kandji or Intune and Jira Service Management
• Professional English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration

• A/V support experience
• Atlassian admin knowledge
• Light scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
