💼 About This Role

You'll own the full programming for Ashby One London and scale talent leader courses across EMEA. You'll build on the foundation of events content strategy, partnering with the AMER lead to create captivating content for our community. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content, offering the chance to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop content roadmap and assets for EMEA conferences and events
• Scale existing course and certification programs regionally
• Deeply understand customer through weekly calls
• Own operational work across content programs end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of content marketing experience
• Experience with events programming and presentation-style content
• Ability to work autonomously and think strategically
• Strong writing and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in product marketing
• Familiarity with SaaS and talent/HR tech
• Experience building and scaling certification programs
