๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the Gorgias 360 program, managing BPO partnerships and automation roadmaps to scale a full-service CX offering. Your core impact is driving program economics and building repeatable processes. This role is strategically important as the program moves from early-stage to scalable.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Track weekly metrics: automation rate, headcount, costs, ticket volume
- Conduct automation feasibility assessments for new opportunities
- Manage BPO partner: staffing, onboarding, performance reviews
- Develop account-specific automation plans with CS and Implementation
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years in Revenue Operations, BPO management, or similar
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Commercial judgment to decline deals harming program economics
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure from scratch

- Experience with agent-based programs at scale
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools for analysis and automation
