🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle service inquiries in person, via phone, and digital channels
• Troubleshoot general customer support technical questions
• Perform accurate data entry of student information
• Assist with licensing applications and process electronic fingerprints

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing/data entry speed of at least 20 wpm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

✨ Nice to Have

• Some college preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds, which may not be typical for a customer service role
