Description

You'll own Claude's behaviors within Claude Code, ensuring a consistent, safe, and high-quality experience across model snapshots. You'll maintain system prompts, lead behavioral incident response, and collaborate with product and research teams to tune model behavior rapidly.

Requirements

• Power user of agentic coding tools with strong intuition about model capabilities
• Thrives in high-intensity, fast-iteration environments
• Skilled at creating and maintaining behavioral evaluations
• Experienced coder comfortable in Python and TypeScript
• Experience translating user feedback into prompt changes and specifications

Responsibilities

• Own Claude Code system prompts for each new model snapshot
• Review production prompt changes and advise on alignment and reputational risks
• Lead incident response for behavioral and policy concerns
• Scale prompting and evaluation best practices across product teams
• Define and streamline processes for prompt rollouts including launch criteria
