As a Visual Lead at ALO, you'll drive sales through effective visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager, executing floor changes, managing product presentation, and coaching the team to align with brand standards.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail operations
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of product flow and inventory processes

Responsibilities

• Manage key operational functions including shipment, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain strategic product presentation through recovery, restock, and visual merchandising changes
• Plan visual floor changes with management team via payroll management and zone support
• Execute visual direction from planning through to meet company expectations and budgets
