You'll lead character technical art for a AAA free-to-play multiplayer action game, expanding creative possibilities through Unreal Engine 5 and pipeline innovation. You'll partner with creative leadership to shape feature development and raise the bar for character fidelity.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Pillar teams to shape feature development and identify technical risks
  • Establish technical standards for character rigging and dynamic presentation in UE5
  • Maintain and extend character pipeline from DCC applications into Unreal Engine
  • Establish technical budgets and performance benchmarks for live multiplayer
  • Guide, deploy, and mentor a team of character technical artists

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of game development experience
  • 3+ years in Senior or Principal Technical Artist role on a shipped AAA title
  • Deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints, Control Rig, Niagara, physics/cloth)
  • Expert proficiency in DCCs (Maya, Blender, Houdini) and scripting (Python, C++, VEX)
