Description

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Netskope, you'll be the primary technical contact for customers and partners in your territory. You'll deliver product demonstrations, lead proof-of-concepts, and articulate the high-level benefits of our cloud security architecture to senior executives and CISOs. Your goal is to exceed sales targets and drive customer success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer
• Proven track record presenting technical information at business executive or architect level
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, macOS, and Windows
• Knowledge of mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets
• Articulate high-level benefits of Netskope architecture to senior security management up to CISO/CIO
• Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises
• Manage customer success and resolve satisfaction issues
• Gather customer technical requirements and present Netskope cloud security solution
