🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and track company-wide strategic priorities and OKRs
• Prepare briefings and recommendations for C-level decisions
• Facilitate leadership forums and ensure cross-departmental alignment
• Execute high-priority projects without natural departmental owner

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth Chief of Staff
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with minimal direction
• Strong critical thinking and executive-level communication skills
• Experience working directly with C-level executives or founders
