You'll accompany companies like Decathlon, Carrefour, Accor in their digital transformation, analyzing existing architectures and defining strategies for product-mindset adoption. Your core impact is enabling top management to drive sustainable change and realize strategic digital ambitions. This role combines consulting with hands-on organizational design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze existing architectures impacted by transformation
• Define digital transformation strategy and roadmap
• Propose organizational best practices based on benchmarks
• Participate in recruitment and team leadership

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years total experience
• Experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Participation in a digital transformation program as consultant

• Expertise in IT transformation topics (Move-to-Cloud, Data, Cloud souverain)
• Skills in workshop facilitation with all stakeholders
• Knowledge of change management and agile methods
