πΌ About This Role
You'll manage a book of 20-30 enterprise and commercial accounts, helping developers get real, measurable value out of Sourcegraph's code intelligence platform. You'll own the entire post-sales relationship, driving adoption and surfacing risk to ensure customer health. This role is especially impactful as Sourcegraph shifts to a consumption-based model, making your contributions directly tied to revenue growth.
π― What You'll Do
- Build relationships with your team, Named AEs, and Field Engineering counterparts
- Own regular cadences with customers, tracking adoption health scores
- Conduct product trainings and basic demos independently
- Drive adoption across your book, surfacing risk and opportunity
π Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in a technical SaaS environment
- Demonstrated comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences
- Prior experience in account management or similar role

- Background in developer tooling or adjacent technical products
- Experience with a large, varied book of business
- Technical undergraduate degree in CS or engineering
