🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate shipment schedule for loading and order picking.
• Determine best method for loading using crane, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Verify shipping documentation matches loaded product.
• Load trailers safely to prevent shifting and damage.
• Maintain clean and organized work area (5S).

📋 Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Experience with material loading equipment.
• Standing for long periods over shift.
• Positive team orientation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Forklift or crane operation experience.
• Previous shipping/receiving experience.
• Knowledge of 5S principles.
