You'll lead a sales team selling offline payment solutions (QR and POS) to petrol stations and retailers in Bhubaneshwar, driving merchant onboarding and relationship management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5 sales representatives to achieve targets
• Onboard new merchants for QR and POS solutions
• Service existing merchants and maintain relationships
• Coordinate with oil marketing companies for partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in channel sales and distribution
• Team handling experience with at least 5 members
• Own smartphone, bike, and helmet for field work
• Graduate degree or higher
