Description

You will support Stripe's Treasury Operations by managing cash processes, FX and interest rate trading, and optimizing funds flows. You'll help build automated systems and develop metrics to improve the function, working closely with teams across Treasury Finance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Treasury experience, preferably in liquidity management, finance risk management, and process improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to dive into complex problems and create scalable solutions
• Experience building processes and leveraging systems to scale treasury operations
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional relationships
• Fast learner with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support cash management processes including funding, cash positions, and forecasting
• Manage daily operations for FX and interest rate trading support and bank partner relationship management
• Analyze and optimize funds flows across costs, working capital, and liquidity risk using system solutions
• Assist with creating and updating Treasury Finance policies, procedures, and RCSA controls
• Develop metrics to monitor the health of the function and support internal and external audits
