You'll design and maintain scalable Hardware-in-the-Loop test infrastructure for autonomous vehicles. You'll ensure uptime and reliability of a global HIL fleet through monitoring and automation. This role sits at the intersection of test systems, infrastructure, and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design observability systems for HIL bench health and utilization
• Build tools to reduce bench downtime and operational overhead
• Manage underlying HIL infrastructure for reliability and security
• Automate bench configuration and version control
• Integrate HIL systems into CI pipelines and scheduling frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in EE, CE, or Systems Engineering
• 2+ years experience with HIL or hardware/software test environments
• Proficiency with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or similar

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in platform operations or SRE
• Hands-on with Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD
