Description

You will oversee quote approvals, contract processing, and order management, acting as an operational expert and key partner to Sales and Customer Success. You'll drive process improvements, ensure high-quality execution across quote-to-cash activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years overall experience including 2+ years in Salesforce order processes within Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate order review and submission in Salesforce with accuracy and compliance
• Operate as subject-matter expert on CPQ configuration requirements and best practices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support enterprise customer contracts, quotes, and order fulfillment
• Monitor dashboards and reports to proactively resolve open order issues and guide prioritization
• Lead documentation of system enhancement requirements and oversee user testing
