🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach, motivate, and lead a team of Shoppers
• Solve operational problems to meet daily goals
• Support personal development of team members
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of leadership experience
• 32-40 hours per week availability
• Flexible for shifts starting at 05:30 or 14:30
• Fluent in English
