💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home. Following a written plan of care, you'll assist with activities of daily living, household support, and medication reminders. This role offers flexible scheduling and training available for certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and mechanical lifting devices
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks

📋 Requirements

• Current HHA license in good standing with New Jersey Board
• Minimum one year work experience as a Home Health Aide
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Commitment to providing quality care with compassion
