Description

You will embed with customer teams as a hands-on technical partner, working directly in their environments to design and implement DevSecOps solutions across Harness' multi-module platform. You'll act as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, driving platform adoption and delivering measurable business outcomes through custom integrations and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Highly technical and customer-focused with hands-on implementation experience
• Ability to integrate Harness into existing toolchains and processes
• Experience architecting solutions spanning multiple modules (pipelines, infrastructure, security, cost optimization)
• Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and platform leadership
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams as a hands-on technical partner in their environments
• Own the technical success of customer implementations across multiple Harness modules
• Design and implement CI/CD, infrastructure, and DevSecOps workflows tailored to customer architectures
• Drive adoption across the breadth of the Harness platform, helping customers expand beyond initial use cases
• Analyze usage and adoption data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
