You'll design and optimize photopolymer formulations to push additive manufacturing boundaries. You'll lead lab-to-launch material transitions supporting scale-up. Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware and software teams on the Form 4 platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize complex photopolymer formulations
• Lead lab-to-launch material transitions and scale-up

• Collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in polymer science, chemical engineering, chemistry, or materials science
• Experience developing thermoset materials including epoxies, urethanes, or acrylates
• Hands-on lab experimentation and data analysis
• Track record of publication, IP generation, or product commercialization

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies
• Programming skills (Python, JMP, MATLAB, Minitab)
• Experience with high performance polymers, composites, or elastomers
