Description

You will be the primary contact during the first 30 days of new customer experience, managing account connections, implementing and configuring AI agents, conducting team trainings, and ensuring successful onboarding. Your role is vital to driving product adoption and setting customers up for long-term success.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in customer onboarding/implementation role (SaaS preferred)
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms)
• Bachelor's degree in business or similar field
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact during first 30 days of new customer experience
• Implement and configure AI agents for customer accounts
• Manage account connections and integration fulfillment
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations in accounts
• Coordinate hand-off to CSMs after onboarding period
