🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle of new product initiatives from discovery to scale or sunset.
• Define pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy with sales and marketing.
• Validate new markets through prototyping, customer discovery, and testing.
• Build product experiences delivering measurable ROI for customers and AirOps.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or adjacent product-building roles.
• 2+ years working with AI, automation, or data-intensive products.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action.
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain familiarity with SEO, ad tech, or martech.
• Ex-founder or operator with P&L and revenue accountability.
