💼 About This Role

You'll own the product direction for a small, autonomous squad at Clara, the fastest-growing fintech in Latin America. You'll decide what to build, why it matters, and whether it worked, with accountability for business outcomes. You'll prototype ideas using AI tools and contribute code for straightforward changes, moving faster without waiting for handoffs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set product direction and strategy for your squad
• Prototype ideas using AI coding tools before engineering commits
• Contribute code for copy, config, feature flags, and simple UI updates
• Read PRs and understand shipped code without status meetings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or a hybrid building role
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics
• Ability to prototype working concepts with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
• Comfortable with Git: cloning repos, creating branches, pushing commits

✨ Nice to Have

• CS, engineering, or technical degree
• Experience building AI-powered products
• Experience in fintech or high-growth startups
