💼 About This Role

You'll leverage your Open Deck/Heavy Haul expertise to develop new business and support existing customers at a top North American freight brokerage. You'll manage day-to-day account operations, create customized shipping solutions, and collaborate with internal teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with customers to assess load info and provide strategic pricing.
• Develop and implement customized shipping solutions per budget and needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of related accounts and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to service customers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of 3PL experience in Open Deck/Heavy Haul mode.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, or related field.
• Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with peers and clients.
• Proven winning attitude and experience succeeding in a competitive environment.
